     The Bavarian Academy of Television has achieved a brilliant reputation in the field of 3D Animation and VFX in the industry. In cooperation with the Animation Campus Bayern e.V. we offer advanced training classes with renowned lecturers such as: Michael Coldewey (Trixter), Stefanie Stalf (Scanline), Prof. Jürgen Schopper, Angela Reedwisch (Arri), Dr. Rolf Giesen (Foundation of the german Kinemathek), Thomas Tannenberger (das Werk), Tim McGovern, Tyron Montgomery (Supervisor), Claudia Meglin, Gert Zimmermann (filmtools) - to name but a few.

    Our course teaches you 2D/3D Animation techniques, the handling of software like Cinema 4D, Maya and Shake, basic knowledge of image and sound recording technique as well as good judgement of the aesthetics of imagery and dramaturgy. This guarantees that you are as close as possible to the real life professional situation.

     Theoretical and practical knowledge is gained through lectures and exercises. This prepares you in a very short time for your first production practice. You will be fully in charge of each production and work hand in hand with your fellow students from the Television Photography and Editing classes. After one year not only will you have a diploma, you will also have a show reel which will be a big help in opening doors for you at television stations, film production companies and postproduction companies.
